Hi i gamble a lot past 10 years i have lost many money up to 20k , i end up taking pills for sleep and lot of anger , i decide today to quit it , i am having a lot of activities like making music making videos and 3ds it is time to quit or i will be in my hole life like this broke and angry

i lost 140000 in last 7 months and i wont talk like you.
Just do what you would do if you never actually had those 20k at all in first place.
 
gambling are not so easy for everyone , i spent huge money for casino and for their hidden tricks and got little success ,
from my past experience i advice you , just left gambling for at least 1 month , refresh your brain and try to be happy with some entertainment then re-try a method that brings you money .


there is nothing quick ,,,,,,,,,,,, whatever trading, gambling, forexing,or binary.
 
@Artworld I applaude you. Few have the balls to come out and make a decision to quit. That's the most important part done already.
Now, there might be times when a part of you could be missing something. To effectively fight that, I recommend to seek help, partners, someone to have your back.
This could be GA, as @redarrow rightfully proposes, a psychotherapist, a priest or a loved one. The decision is yours. Don't fight alone with it.

PS I'm a certified hypnotherapist, so I can tell you there are many people in your situation, not that many with so much guts, though, unfortunately. Hats off.

Staggered to see someone promoting sports betting affiliates giving you advice on quitting gambling.

Like a drug pusher, telling you to stop injecting drugs, while having a few wraps on the table in front of you, for sale.
 
- Ban yourself from all the online casinos (or set a monthly limit of $10 deposit per month)
- Cancel all credit cards
- Keep reminding yourself that the casinos make profit from your loss so you will lose more money then you make even if you win a 10k jackpot even if you keep playing for few months more you will lose that 10k .

If you want GOOD LIFE a BETTER LIFE a LIFE where you are HAPPY then you will NOT gamble anymore.

After you will be strong enough to not gamble for 3 months you will have enough self control to completely stop.

Also another important thing is if you are surrounded by friends who gamble YOU MUST Get away from them otherwise you will never stop.
 
I'm in lack of words for your post @tuhinsm, I only read it after I had posted my own. What you propose is similar to telling an alcohol addict who wants to stay clean that they shouldn't drink for a month.
This is highly irresponsible, extremely counterproductive, and I hope you have at least one last fibre in your body that can feel shame
 
I used to play roulette and slots a lot. I think what helped me to quit was playing them in free play mode. I used to play them in free play mode that much, I actually got piss bored of playing them.
 
The only way to win is not to play.

Good luck man, we all have our vices, you've done the first step and identified yours

gambling addiction danger then alcohol whatever you could think my post is highly irresponsible for you , but i know gambling and funny alcohol, you have no idea about liquid money ,
 
I used to poker a lot, but never really been into the other casino games. I can't say I've lost a lot because I have not. I have also not won a lot when I really think about it, it's always been like a hobby.
I know a chinese guy who has been gambling his whole life. His theory is the following: Everybody in the casino makes the same mistake. They think with a small amount of money they can make big money. When In fact all odds are against them. In his case he aims to win low by bringing a lot of cash with him. $10.000 in the pocket and aims to win just $200. Sometimes he plays 2 hands on BJ and is done for the day. That can be 6K a month if done correctly. I haven't tried his system though, I don't have 10k. :p

//edit. Forgot to say; Don't gamble what you can't afford to lose. So in your case OP, just quit!
 
Gamers nowadays bet on CSGO skins and lose tons and tons of money via CSGO skins.
 
You should try moving to the country side, where there are no casino and if you are using the internet, install an app that blocks casino / gambling related website.
