I want to promote mobile Apps, where?

Hello,

I can drive traffic for app downloads, both iOS and Android, but I can't seem to find any affiliate programs for that, none of my current CPA networks offer any App download offers

Do you have any recomendations or experiences?

On the Apple App Store look up "The Plug" or "Plug" the icon is a white square with a green icon that looks like a plug. Only one I know about, there are probably more though.
