Hello,

I have a niche website which has pretty decent organic traffic. I get daily 20k+ pageview but only 400-500 ad clicks and cpc between 0.04 and 0.06. I want to optimize my ads to get more clicks but don't know how to do it properly.

It is a download site and I placed 3 ads per every page. And I put all ads under clickable places like below or above download button etc.. (but I don't force to click on ads)

But I get only fewer clicks comparing to my previous download site.

Btw my website has a fully dark theme like BHW. I don't know if it is the matter that I don't get much clicks.

Can anyone give me an idea?

Thanks!

With my AdSense websites what I founded useful was to mix up things from time to time. Really depend of the kind of users you have (how much of your traffic is from recurrent users?), but people get use to the look and feel of a website and tend to ignore ads.

My advice is to try new position, doing one change at time and keep track of what works and what don't. You can play with ads positioning, website theme, move some elements (for me, for example, one thing that worked fine was to move sidebar from right to left).

Did you optimize ads?

if you can, please update this thread

lock the download link 3x page views you can make a lot $$$/per day with 20k UV
