I want to Massupdate 3 WP blogs simoultanously!How?

I have a main Site where I make blog posts daily,but as I am also creating another 2 WP blogs targeting another Search engine keyword mimicking the same Blog where I am getting all the traffic,I want to be able to mass update all the 3 Blog simultaneously at the same time instead of manually updating all the 3 Blogs seperately.
Ie if I want to update 3 WP blog sites at the same time,I just want to update 1 WP site and let the other 2 Blogs copy and create the exact Content in the same format with the same WP theme.
Is there any plugin available for it or if there are any good PHP programmers out there who can automate this for me,like for eg updating another WP blog as soon as my primary Blog updates content,I am ready to pay a fixed sum provided I get t use that script for every of my Sites similarly.

Check the wp-settings or wp-config for multi blog setting.

Let me look at this again it has been a while, after I check it over I will elaborate further. If I remember correctly it is explained in the file setting. wmu

you can make the other 2 blogs autoblogs and submit feed of 1st blog as their source. thus when you post in 1 others will be updated automatically.

Do you have any guide or video showing the same?Also is WP robot perfectly fine for the same purpose?
