cloaking is a way to divert the offending website bots away and divert the traffic to a sales page ......
the reason a cloak service cost so much because they pay for ip address to protect your link , the more info they gain to protect your link the height the cost the service charge...
if your skint there a even more powerfull way that works perfect.
pre landers .
a pre lander is a page you send you traffic from a link to a website like wix.com and add a link to wix.com to your sales page .....
you can use any free service that let you add a link to send your traffic to your sales page ..

Does pre landing pages allow you to use the same as cloaking ? For example if I want to setup adwords campaign and bid on the merchants keywords which as you know is not allowed how can cloaking allow your ad not to be seen by google/bing or the merchant , the ad at the top is the official ad but when you click on the ad link it links to your ad then diverts to the main sales page using your affiliate link. I know this can happen just don’t know how.

i am not saying cloakers are scam .i am saying that the guys which will use them for running "tech support campaigns" on adwords are mostly scammers .i have been to many tech support call centers and i know how they work .
