they used Html and css and not even php they are using third parting EMAIL MARKETING DELIVERED so nothing very new you can check fiverr their are a lot of people designing landing page much better then this one

It's just a 2 page site which can be made in 1 hour. You can probably hire any1 for 10$ per hour and get it developed. PM me if you need someone.

that can be done within 2hours max. There are a lot of good programmers here, you might wanna consider giving someone a good offer to do the job.
