to get directly into tough enough is the best shot.
If u have martial arts background itll be lil easy.
To start
join little pro wrestling league -> national lvl wrestling leagues -> japanese or any other like defiant or tna -> nxt -> wwe. ( there might be soem more steps that im forgetting )
Or a lil famous person.
Or if u r really talented in wrestling, make a video of ur skills and send to wwe, u might get lucky.

If ur not rich you have to climb the ladder and work hard.
Never give up, thers always a way left.
