Long time heard abt diabolic traffic, don't know if it's still working, but if you want increase views buying proxies it doesn't worth, you need high quality random proxies "not going to be specific" that will cost you a lot.
Buying views from smm panels will be a good choice for you

Hmm instead of use diabolic traffic, why not invest in YouTube ads. The result is more helpful to me. Also, do activities to get views organically. Something common such as share your video on social networks

You would be better off investing in YouTube ads. Maybe even buy some subscribers and views as a last resort just to add “social proof”, but I wouldn’t use diabolic.
