Facebook and Instagram traffic does work too, seen lots of people using those to advertise gambling platforms
I think web and Telegram traffic would be best for my needs. But I don't have my own traffic sources, so I need to buy it. Do you have any idea where the best place to buy it is?

You could start with PTC (Paid to Click) sites. Traffics are pretty cheap and come in large volumes.
However almost everyone else there is throwing theirs as well.
I've doe it (and still am, albeit rarely). Most of the demographic are not "the target" to be generating worthwhile aff commissions.

No site means no traffic and no traffic means no commissions. Gambling affiliates need real volume. Start with a Telegram channel or invest in aged gambling domains. What’s your starting budget?
