I want to create my Pay per Install Network

Hello everyone, first of all, I would like to specify that I am by far a beginner in the field of pay per install, I used a lot of networks.

As of today I want to get into the adventure and ask you if you know any platforms and advertisers that would accept resellers ?

As Installcore is currently doing with many other PPI networks, I have contacted them but no answer from their side.

I would like to build my own network. Any idea where to start?

I want to distribute apps from IOS and google play store. Do you have the know-how to do this? Is there a prebuilt template that I can use and reskin?
