Just start with what you have. Pick one topic you actually enjoy or know about and make simple videos around it. You dont need expensive equipment in the beginning, even a phone is enough.
Focus on being consistent and improving with every video. The first few videos probably wont be perfect, but thats completely normal.

Pick the topic you cant stop talking about, if you try to chase trends you dont care about, you will burn out by video three, try these steps: check your feed, use the 'Rant' test, Document; dont preach, the 10 idea challenge.

start with an issue that u can truly discuss at length instead of something that may be highly lucrative right now. select 2 to 3 topics that u like and look into the types of videos being made on those issues nd then make a couple of test videos urself to see how well u feel comffortable making them.
y do not u start by asking, how can i be helpful to my viewers or simplify their lives? choose one particular problem that u know how to solve make 5-10 videos about it nd see what people like most. u will discover ur niche only after publisshing.

I enjoy gaming and food. I often travel around to explore new things, and I have a pretty flexible schedule.

based on the fact that you like video game , food nd traveling, then any of the above would be a great option to explore variou perspectives before choosing one.

Look at what people are watching on youtube then find a topic you personally enjoy to make content this makes it easy to stay consistent.
Think about your passion, think about a profitable market trend, do market research and analyze competition before choosing a niche.

Choose a subject that allows you to make over 50 videos on it, rather than just choosing based on what you see as lucrative. In my opinion, it's better to combine your interests with audience demands than chase after trends.
