I want to create a scraper!

So, I have targeted a few big websites related to my niche, and I want to scrape their content and use it at my advantage. I would like to know which is the fastest way to build it, should I use php or zennoposter or ubot? What do you think? or maybe another way? maybe a wordpress plugin so that I can directly use the content of those websites as articles but it is not necessary because I can just schedule it manually time to time.
