Purchase Domain + Hosting from Hostgator , Arvixe or anyother Hosting which provide Adult hosting support.
Install Wordpress.
Install WPSCRIPT or WPXTUBE if you have budget purchase pro version.
Add categories according to keywords you are targeting .

You don't. I would suggest an easier market to start out in. You'll make a few dollars here and there and that's it. You need a good budget to get started with creating decent sized adult sites unless you're really good with SEO, have feeder traffic or a partner that can get you traffic.
Hey, I'm actually doing this as we speak. I'm trying to build a network of porn sites to share traffic with. I got the site basically done, nothing too fancy. It's simple, and it has porn. I personally try not to put in to many ad's. If you want some real help, I mean I'll chat w/ you and help you get it up and running. I'm only suggesting to help because I hope you will also help me by being apart of my network.
