I want to create a blog

I want to create a free blog using blogger. and i have some questions about it .thanks in advance for the answers.I am new to this so I might ask some silly questions.
QUESTIONS:
1. Will I be able to add my own front end design on it or have to use already made or buy?
2. Will I get hosting for free from blogger or its only domain?
I am not worried about AdSense approval but would love to know how to get approved.also if you have any other than blogger which is profitable to create A blog then would love to know.

Easily buy a hosting as the start!
Then you got a domain, easily set up via wordpress.

Use Wordpress don’t use blogger

If you are newbie and you don't have any experience why you will start blogger? You should start WordPress because the present is WordPress and future also WordPress

With Wordpress the site is yours

Any specific reason for using blogger? if not then you should go with wordpress because you have more control of your website over there.
