I appreciate this idea, On the other hand, you have to be very careful while working in Blogger. You should have to away from Copyrighted contens otherwise they will delete your blog. If you pay little amount so go with Wordpress.

Wordpress all day! Super easy to use and once you get better at it you can migrate the site from the free platform to hosting it on your own. Growth potential with that is limitless.

Blogger is not the best option if you're serious about making money online. Wordpress is so pervasive that its easier to find plugins for what you need to do. Also its very easy to find a developer to customize it for you just the way you want.My suggestion to use WordPress or Blogger.
