If you want unlisted HU proxies, I would go for port scanning. How many you need and for what purpose? If you need only a few good ones, I can do full scan against that country for you. No need to pay anything.

Hungarian proxies belongs to category 'very hard' in terms of proxy scanning. What I know for sure, after I start this process for you, I can provide you with some unlisted elite HU proxies but 2k is out of question (HU has only ~5.8M IP's allocated)

You may want to ask from private proxy providers http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f112-proxies-sale/ but I doubt anyone can provide you the amount you need.

I take my words back, HU proxies does not belong to category 'very hard' but for sure 2k is out of question.

Try the proxy below, remember to use firefox, it's the most proxy friendly browser and actually does support SOCKS proxies that are not coded according to SOCKS 4 and 5 RFC.

I've a scan still going, I'll PM you with more soon. After you test the above proxy, you should agree with me; it's not about how much you can leech proxies from the internet, it's all about how much and how fast you can port scan for unlisted proxies
