Go to flippa or talk to the flipping mod in bh, surely they will point you in the right direction.

Other than that, buy a nice domain and DIY

I think if you have some budget, it would be good to buy an established tech blog where there's big potential but not properly optimized.

But you do need to be very careful - due diligence is the most important - check & verify everything you can before you buy it.
