After reading through the thread it seems like you were dead serious to me. I'd watch what you say If I were you (especially to admins) or you could be having a very early departure from BHW.

Respect? I think you need to speak with dougeetx on that matter he seems to know a thing or two.

And besides, If he has a problem with someone on the forum, instead of shouting it out here and making an ass of himself he should have sent a quick pm to the individuals he was upset at.

Theres a few points here i will address, theres enough mods, but as this is a quality forum we moderate every new users posts, its not a point of being faster, it just takes time to remove the new users who post "thanks" 200 times, and all being different time zones, it does take time, and also we need to attend to the regulars questions, post ideas, tutorials and ways of making money for everyone, so as a free non-profit job of admining, moderating, i would not mock it, the rules where here when you joined so you knew it would happen.

So i wouldnt bitch about it.

And as for being admin ill answer this in two ways since i dont understand if it was a joke or not.

For it being serious, maybe in the future we will be opening positions and ofcourse everyone could be chosen but just not as yet, as you wouldnt need the whole power of being admin as its only in use for adding things to templates, banning and setting permissions etc... a moderator position would be a better chance and as of now theres no positions needed.
We really dont need any, and for those who think its a slow proccess, its not us being slow, theres really like 500 posts to accept or refuse daily, or more, and these are usually just "thanks thanks" or warez links.


And if it was a joke HEHEHE!

Also HeatherMqeen, your signature is quite not supportive for the forum as it makes my team look kind of slow, and they are not, your a new user and we moderate you. Your posts dont show as you have really only posted bitter comments so far. So why should we take the time in accepting them, as we state we will accept if they are of use.
We moderate all users who are new for 2weeks, after that period your free to post anything and anywhere.

Until then ride it out and wait, its a processs that will stay, and its a process that works, and saves all our readers/community from reading crap.

I mean would you like to read 1000 new posts all crap? No id like all the users here to login, read a great selection of quality new posts, instead of bullshit.

Thank you HeatherMqueen much appreciated, and every Admin has there own personality, ive just been online for so long i know how to approach every scenario thats thrown at me.

So where others are still learning, thats a good thing for them in the future.
Everyone has to start from somewhere but they always improve. We have a great team, and everyone is good at there own thing, everyone has there own fans/friends, and words can be thought of in different ways by different people. So where one member can use swear words that is normal to others, and it can sometimes be used in a suitable scenario for humor. Which could be funny to you but not to others.
People on the net need to learn that one persons humor or the way they talk, is not meant to harm. Its just the way people can talk online.

Im sure you have seen forums where everyones like "whatsup fucker" which can be taken as a good thing. But in another forum it would be taken badly.
Every forum has there own means and ways. But hope you do become a good valuable member and look forward to posts of yours.

I.ve only been away for a week then the ego seekers are back at it again, l think before anyone becomes a mod its a good idea to have put your time in on one forum , l think ruck summed you up perfectly

To the person who defined sarcasm, where in dougeetx's original post is there even a hint of sarcasm? I sure don't see any, nor did anyone else, aparently including heather.

I'm usually a very rational, patient person. But some of you disrespectful f***ers are coming dangerously close to being banned.

I was referring to the point that everyone, including yourself, thought that dougeetx's post was NOT sarcastic or meant to be a joke. You proved this by stating that you "endorse" dougee and would like to see him become an admin.

I dunno, maybe it's a different kind of humor that I'm not used to, but I fail to see the humor in it. There's nothing sarcastic about it.

I'd just like to hear what someone with a neutral feeling towards it would say.

Make that 3 mods confirmed. She was disrespectful and disruptive the whole time anyway. Maybe when she returns her attitude will have changed?

i guess we can close this thread now, the joke-discussion is over, no need for any hard feelings.
