Backlink the crap out of the page from bad neighborhoods, FFA link farms.

Be very careful.
Whereas it could be easy to google slap it. It is not a permanent solution, when the effect of the slap disappears that page will be super strong in the SERPS. It will then take more than twice the effort to slap it again. Then may come back and dominate the SERPS while being "unslapable".
It is better to promote good pages to come before the unwanted page.

Well remove all links and anchor text that lead to your clients site. 1 week tops you are going to page 100 of SERP's.

It used to be on download here.
It blasts 1,000 links on premade forums all by the same guy. the forums are full to the brim with bot posts its awesome, it destroys sites.
also, if he accepts comments or content and doesnt mod them you can put his keyword in multiple time son the website. Once you push his keywords above 20% saturation of his page there will be an on page penalty. It's 60-90 days to get out of a content penalty.

You can do something which really will affect his website in the long term. Xrumer blast with adult keyword. For example "big tits". Blast it 1mil + times and his website will dissapear from google

Haha, well thanks... I guess I'll take on the job if nobody else want's to make money. So I'll just hire an outsourcer to spam the competing websites with "Big Cock" and "Big Tits" backlinks.
