I want to ban a scammer's page

I was scammed by an Instagram page. Then I saw that the page was scamming others.

He took my money for the product then asked me to send money again and blocked me.

I want to close this page. Can anyone do it?

Hey @se7enhell ~ sorry this has happened to you. Did you report it to Instagram? Have you taken screenshots of conversations and payments made? Also contact your bank/credit card provider to dispute the payment. Hope you get it sorted.

There are people who sell Instagram reports. Will it be of no use to me? I wouldn't be interested, but they continue to scam others by changing their names. I complained to Instagram, but it resulted in a negative outcome.

I complained to Instagram, but it resulted in a negative outcome. The bank did not solve the problem with the evidence. They said to apply to the prosecutor's office.

besides reporting and waiting for instagram takes action nope, just try to let people know to avooid other to fall in the same scam and hope instagram do something.
