Also if the link you put in got banned on another account, try to use a link shorter for that

I've found that adding custom links to your profile isn't actually prohibited, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

You can do that. But it's better not to risk too valuable an account and start a new one. Reddit bans are often unpredictable
