i am not making fun of you with this answer and i am not about being cocky...
...but i understand if it may seem like that.
and i do believe that you tried and didn`t come up with something wanted.
but i do know also that there is some lazyness in there you can`t afford if you want to get a piece of the justin.tv cake - or whatever you want to achieve in terms of IM or "making money online".

so finally - after all that super-wise-teaching-wannabe-guru-teachings of mine...

...i just opened up google and did a search for: justin.tv clone script
then i read through the first few results a little. turns out that i got what you are looking for pretty fast.
to double check i did another search using: script like justin.tv
did the same trick.

now do it sourself and if you didn`t get what you wanted - rethink if you stated clearly what you really are looking for...
