I want proxies for using in UAE

I am from UAE and here it is hard to use proxies, as govt has blacklisted such networks.
I tried 2 major proxies from BHW , newipnow.com from https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/ipxprt.143385/ and proxy-seller.com from https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/bestconnection.1204364/ , but both of their proxies didn't work or offer very poor speed in my location.

Do you guys know any good proxy sellers who provide working proxies for using in UAE ?.

As i mentioned in the thread, i have already tried 2 of the major sellers there , but it doesn't work.
Now i don't want to buy proxies from all the sellers there , find a working one and request refund from all others . Since i can't PM them, i will have to go to each BS thread and the same question which may be considered as spam i guess.
So i am looking for someone who already knows which proxies will work in UAE.

Update - I tried http://www.anonymous-proxies.net/ from unr3al, but that also doesn't work. I continue my search.

Another update- I tried https://www.sslprivateproxy.com/ from SPPChristian, but that also doesn't work. So far tried 4 sellers here.
I hope i can find someone who can help me out.

i asked several sellers here and it seems most of them are just claiming that their proxies work in UAE, they have clients in UAE, etc etc. They claim it without testing. But when they deliver , none of them are working. Now i am behind them , chatting with their customer service, creating support tickets, requesting refund and all. It is really frustrating i should say. If i could meet someone from UAE here, it would be a relief because only they knows the network security restrictions here.

What do you use the proxies for? Do you change your DNS server?
If yes, I would suggest you use the proxies on your VPS, then should be 100% working!
If you want to use on your PC, you can try to connect to VPN at first, then test your proxies.

Thanks friend for your input.
Just now i am also testing these thing and got the same idea that i should use a VPN first then should apply these proxies to that VPN connection.
It seems we have only very few VPN sellers here.

Yes, few providers here, easily find on if you're in UAE, it's 100% needed！
 
As mentioned above, you need a VPN to encrypt your traffic so your ISP won't be able to filter it.

To get a VPN, try to get to google either through a webproxy or use Tor. Also,if you use Tor, there are some VPN providers that have .onion sites, which you can visit without any issues.
 
Thanks for helping bhw friends. Even though i was disappointed because i didn't get a VPN provider from here , I managed to get a VPN from a local provider in UAE and using that VPN i bought ipVanish VPN. I had to manually set up the VPN becuase using urls, it won't work. I guess vpnexpress also will work here. Now i will buy some proxies and test it out.
