I want my Own CPA Network

I checked and watched a few video's of (Post Affiliate Network) looks good to me.

Have any of you had any experience with this script or this company?

How is the support?

Thank you so much guys.

I am learning more and more every time I come on this forum, Thanks to you guys.

You need to get to the TOP of the food chain, and they only talk to real people, with real traffic.

I know who supplies most of the cpa companies used here, and they are good guys, but again, you need tohave something solid to get your foot in the door.

So is you are new who is going to supply you with offers?

Most companies will need you to be established and all but If you don't have offers to run who is going to come to you? So how would one be able to handle this situation and be established? You start with smaller companies or something?

Thanks

no offense, but i don't think you know what you are doing and shouldn't be trying to start a network.

Non taken, This is not something I am doing in a month.. This is why I am doing some research, and asking questions.

Thanks for your encouraging words though, keeps me motivated.

Thanks again.

Honestly you are trying to open a CPA Network.

I wouldnt really recommend this to anyone unless you are surely doing more than 100k+ a month . Even if you have 30k to invest I dont think you clearly have an idea of how a CPA Network should be structured.

I can tell you thats my life dream am only 19 and I would love to own my CPA network , but for the meanwhile am just going to ahead bank hard and once i see that i need to go straight to the source I will surely go and look at that possibility . Right now instead of thinking of opening a new CPA network you should look into investing 30k cause I can assure you , you wont make money the first month and you will need a lot to keep it going while you get some good affiliates working under you otherwise you will have a network with no one promoting it.

Seriously consider something else.

You'll have to pay out affiliates before you get paid. This will cost a lot of money. A lot more then 20k. I lot more then 200k. A lot.

You'll have to deal with fraud / scammers / etc.

You'll have to deal with advertisers not paying you on time / at all.

You'll have to deal with technical issues (look at all the ddos mess that adscend was in).

All of the above while still searching out new advertisers / affiliates, getting paid and paying out, complaints about spammers posting your networks links everywhere, lead quality, and the list goes on and on.

Just do what 99% of the people on here are trying to do. Collect a check from someone else who's already established, and spend the money on shit you don't need but have always wanted. You'll thank me for it later.

My advice is to get a Hasoffers account and ask another network you are already a member of to broker a few of their incentive type offers. You probably won't make your money back for awhile, but at least you'll get the hang of how things work at the most basic of levels. Spend the time to pimp your network and recruiting pubs.

Agree, it is a TON of work to own your own offer, let alone your own network. So many things that can go wrong, start small and then scale up.

+ deal with all the tax and reporting

I'm considering owning a cpa company myself too. My idea is to create the first CPA company in my country. I can start promoting it with direct meetings with business owners. My biggest concern is this: how can I make an estimate of the business based on my countrys' internet usage? Another thing I'm wondering is - what is the average % that is for the CPA company and how to research the need for such service locally?

If you want to find out the demand for the service locally in your country your going to have to do it the old fashioned way of phoning up and talking to people. If the service isn't available in your country you would probably need to explain the value to them and how it works. You can always set the % yourself if there's no competition. Meet with businesses and ask them how much they would be willing to spend, then go to advertisers and say what business would be on board and how much they would offer. Then get a halfway point in and get you cut.

Obviously its not that easy but if its a new market its a good opportunity.

I'm pretty sure I'll convince the business owners. I have concerns about the advertisers though. Making your own website is not that popular here. Sure - some people do it, but not that much. What are you referring to when you say "advertisers". I need some other advertisers besides the average user. Sure, I can contact big local websites with lots of traffic, but they already generate enough trough advertising spots on their websites, so I doubt they'll be into CPA, so I really can't brainstorm how to begin recruiting advertisers that are not simple guys making websites for themselves - they'll come along later when the service becomes popular, but how to make it such?

forget it dude. maybe you got the money but you aint got the requirement...

i suggest develope simple sites. a hundred sites is better than this, except you wanna waste your money

You may want to search around (hint: outside this forum) for the general consensus that "serious" affiliates have about networks run on a hasoffers platform. I'll give you a hint: "fly-by-night operations" will be a term you come across quite a bit.

Also, $20k? That's enough to float ONE serious affiliate for 2 or 3 days. So yeah...you'd need capital.

But the biggest "LOL" fact is that you're totally inept about affiliate marketing as a whole. It's ALL about networking and trust. And how are you expected to grab affiliates that are worth a damn with ZERO capital, ZERO experience, ZERO connections?

Do you and your partners a HUGE favor and put that $20k into a business venture you won't see floating away within a month (or less).

Dip into AM and familiarize yourself with the industry for a couple of years. After you get to where you know what you're doing, then you can look into brokering a few offers but even that takes a ton of work and leverage to pull off well.

Your a newb but you want to start your own network lol? you need to push 6 figures in aff commisions and be a very successfull affiliate in my opinion to launch your own network that way you can relate to your affiliate and really know the game, its so dynamic

Use 20k to get into AM yourself. Find a few good offers where you will bring a lot of leads. Once you learned about AM and saved up 100k+ you can of try planning for more. Open your own network, sub promote a few of those offers yourself, start looking for other affiliates. You will start earning money from whatever network you are in, establish trust with them. When you sub promote an offer for them you can still continue to promote it yourself (what you learned with your $20k) and at the same time add others to promote it. Offer a contest or some sort of bonus for first affiliates that you get. You want to get your affiliates to start pushing your offers. Give them a reason to aggressively push offer from a new company.
