what do you mean by "ebay seo"? seo is search engine optimization. it is for google and other search engines, not for ebay. The same rules apply as for any other website. content & links. If you are selling ebay products you could make reviews for these products and build backlinks to these sites.

He is probably looking for optimization enabling him better search visibility at ebay (in site search). He might also mean getting better visibility in google searches for products. I am looking in these areas too. I am planning to try a few ebay gigs and is a complete noob at it.
