hi bro, i want hel p.. if someone to tel me a tutorial stepby step how to send
to someone on facebook a notification if that person is not my frien, i only have
facebook email. for example i have this email absd @ faceboo.com and its
no my friend but i want to send to this email a notificaton. sorry for my bad english!
hope someone help to me. thanks!

Try directly emailing this email address from your gmail.
Also, update us, if that works.

not working with gmail my friend, ned to know wats facebook apps ned to send one notification on other person, that its not my friend.

You can't send notification to user if he is not your friend or doesn't use your app.
You need a permission from user to send him notifications.

is this your first time on FB? sound alike it .... do some reading in their TOS so you can understand how everything work before you start posting a HELP ME thread!
