Hello, I want to set up an image upload site like imgur, but how can a solution be found to such a problem that there will be swelling and space taking up problems with the images that will be uploaded every second? Can this server problem be overcome with a monthly budget of 200 dollars?

I doubt you will be able to create a comparable service with a budget of $200 p/m
I also doubt you will have comparable traffic to begin with, so you should be OK
You can start slowly and once you start generating income, then you can upgrade servers.

Bunny cdn gives $10 or 15 per TB a month pretty good service and customer support
