I want competitors backlinks

Hello friends

I have a blog, I was told by a friend, that there are ways to add my competitors backlinks to mine, I don't know how to go about it, experience fellow in the house, is it possible? Please help if you can.

First make sure from where the backlinks are coming. Is it a forum, marketplace or some other property that you can sign up with and just create the backlinks for your own site.. if these links are coming from personal blogs or similar sites then you need to contact the webmasters and pay them for the links.
