I want change IP via command line(cmd.exe), please suggest program that support

Now, I use "Easy Hide IP", but I don't know how to change IP via command line(cmd.exe)

and if you know what program or something like that can change IP via command line(cmd.exe), please tell me and let's me know how to command it.

I spent 15 minutes writing up a how to for you. Then was told by message board that I can't post it. =/
What OS are you using?
 
It depends on if you have a static or dynamic IP. If you have a dynamic IP you can probably just do ipconfig/release. If you have a static one you'll have to get into netsh and play around in there a bit. Google will have all the details for you if you look.
 
Yes the cmd line for a dynamic IP is
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

It sounds like you want it to use some program that you have though? You can execute that program through the command line as well.
 
It depends if you wanna change your dynamic IP then use the above advice fromwowhaxor.
IF you have proxies and you wanna change them, you have addons for that in mozilla and chrome.
Just remember to delete all your previous history and cookies.

So, you mean if I want to change IP via command line(cmd.exe) , I have to use static IP, right ? "Easy Hide IP", look like dynamic IP

Lol! I hate how they say you can't post URLs.

@OP, just use a VPN or proxy or something. Faster and more effective.

That's a good idea about using proxy in firefox config, because I just want no showing "google recaptcha" when I login many accounts.

I don't think that is entirely effective,

I've been banned from certain places, I try re-visiting with Tor and I'm still banned.I don't understand much of how everything works when it comes to this, but i'm just saying I dont think this would really be even a "fix"
 
If u have a proxy list and want to change it via command line there are the following lines:

REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v ProxyServer /t REG_SZ /d %proxy% /f
REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v ProxyEnable /t REG_BINARY /d %ONorOFF% /f
REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v ProxyOverride /t REG_SZ /d <local> /f

change the variables in the following way:
%proxy%=12.23.34.45:6778 format (whatever its your proxy)
%ONorOFF%= 0 or 1 (0=OFF, 1=ON)
the last one usually already like that dont really need to change it

For a program I recommend HMA! VPN
but there is a lot of software out there use your friend GOOGLE
