Hi,
I have a new blog with few posts in it. The thing I want now is quality back links to let google index my website quickly. My question is how can i get quality backlinks within no time ? i do not want spam links.

Build more high pr blogs, add content on them and then back link to your site This is the best and safest way

Agreed... Google is getting stricter by the day with private blog networks. Also make sure that if you are using these high pr blogs for links to keep them off the grid.. Meaning no analytics, webmasters, adsense etc.. You really want to go incognito with your sites that are used for linking.
