Guys, I want to ask... why do people marketing PBN livestock gambling websites use the .org TLD domain and why don't they take the .com TLD?

not sure where "livestock" fits into a PBN discussion, but regardless... the trick with having successful PBNs that google doesn't flag as spam is having mixed everything (mixed IPs, mixed themes, mixed servers, mixed contact info, mixed TLDs, etc).
If all of the sites in the PBN that are pointing to your main website are .com you would create an easily identifiable pattern for google to penalize your entire PBN network (along with your main website too, of course)
So it's a safety thing...

Expired/dropped .org domains can be fantastic because, as the tld suggests, many of the entities using these domains were proper organisations such as charities, education institutions, trade groups etc. These are the sorts of entities that can attract some really strong unsolicited links. I've got expired .orgs that used to be owned by banks, open source communities, foreign financial thinktanks etc. All good starting points for the gambling sector.
