I want an affiliate program for my website

Hey guys, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't allowed to post in the Web Design section, but I own a little SEO company website, and I wanted to have my own affiliate program + login & what not. Currently, you just go to the website, purchase, and u get everything in an email. I want people to be able to login to my website, * Only affiliates for now *, get their affiliate link, and start selling. I was just wondering, how could i start to set that up, what would be the costs, is it worth it etc.
