I want a video editor on pc

Adobe premier pro but if your desktop low configure then use Camtasia

filmora is good for low end pc , hence plus adobe wont work so filmora would be great !
 
I used to have Adobe Premiere Pro for my 10 year old pc. Still works like a charm, all things considered, so you might want to look into that.
 
Adobe premier pro is the best and very professional.
 
To me Adobe after effect is the one which will provide you all tools for best editing according to your choice
 
It is hard to say what is best for YOUR needs. Are you planning to publish a Hollywood movie starred by Amber Heard's boobs or just some stupid cat videos? I use VSDC Free Video Editor, it's free and very simple to use.
