Hello BHW

What is the best video editor for PC & for Tiktok videos
My pc is bad and weak

Don't recommend Camtasia studio, it's too bad

I haven't used but heard many people using VSDC and Final Cut Pro X. You can search for it and give a try if you like it though.
 
+1 for premier.
If your new to video editing, might as well learn the program that's the industry standard.
 
I personally use Adobe Premiere Pro & After effects. I also use Adobe Audition for doing my own voice overs for articles that I post.

It's only $20/month for 8+ software(s). There is a smaller plan as well.
 
I use Premiere too. Best thing you can do is try out multiple softwares. I used Premiere 5 years ago when I had only very slow notebook and simple editing was fine with Premiere. I had only 8gb ram and 0.5gb graphics but I managed to make some videos with it.
 
Like the rest say premier is the ultimate tool, but I think sony vegas would work better if your pc is not that strong
 
If you want a tool just for YouTube and casual editing, go with Shotcut. It's free, open-source, supports many systems, and has everything the average user would want. If you want to go Pro, try DaVinci Resolve. When it comes to color correction, they're basically the best on the market.
 
You can try Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Lightworks
 
Try OpenShot Video Editor. Its free and good for someone who is starting out on video editing.
 
he just said his PC is bad and weak so I don't know any lightweight vid editor maybe just go for an online video editor like veed.io?
 
I use Adobe premier pro, and Wondershare Filmora latest version.
 
Corel VideoStudio Pro worked for me perfectly in my editing days
