I have a site that I work on for two years
i put good articles in high quality backlinks in site like
tapscape.com
dwell.com
selfgrowth.com
network.aia.org
theodysseyonline.com
activerain.com
nouw.com

and more sites but i need professional guid to do more for me in tier2 and tir3 and another plans to rank my keyword

and i will pay for that

I searched for this service here and did not find it

any Advice to me

Hey, I'm not getting what are you saying. But if you want backlinks for increase rank then you can use other famous websites.

i do not want backlinks > i need Professional person in building links to build for me

Your best bet is to find some agency who has connections with big sites and can pull some strings regarding finding you some powerful links from big authority sites.
