"100k fb accounts" is a huge number that no one can create in a short time. You can go to the "want to buy" section to find and there will be a lot.
By the way, can you tell everyone what you need so many facebook accounts for?

Your primary concern first and foremost is to know how you are going to manage those accounts before thinking of buying so as to avoid some of the accounts being banned

That number of accounts is not a small number, the fastest way I am still using now is to buy advertising accounts in bulk, buy back a bunch of old or newly created advertising accounts.

Owning many accounts like that and using them for SMM purposes, especially automation, can easily lead to a permanent ban. You should split them up and use multiple accounts, IPs, and proxies for each account, it will be much better.
