i wanna add road in a country that doesn't support adding roads

hello
the road my customers should use isn't on google maps yet, and its real issue for my business, in egypt, the feature that make you add missing roads and so isn't available yet
people still can add something like that by make thread on google map help community, i tried but got no luck, i'm looking for someone who can add it for me somehow and i can pay for it, thank you
