That is strange because I also got a penalty on my website for thin content recently. I see old mns not affected by a penalty, but my new site which is not soo thin of content got penalyzed.

Run copscape on your 30 pages as a start. That should narrow it down.
Then rewrite any pages it throws up
Also do a site; command and see waht otherpoages google has indexed over and above your 30.
Ther may be some yo don tknow about. Get them removed in WMT
Or if they exist, they may have nothingin them.In this case add content yourself.

Is your homepage has thin content?
Get some paid credits on Copyscape, Check the content completely.

What about your home page content size. It's recommend to write 800+ word content on home page and 500+ words on inner pages. And check your content by Copeyscape tool like everyone said...
