I use multiple devices to create those accounts with one homes dynamic ip, will there be any problems.

1. Use a different ip each time preferably residential/mobile
2. Use something to isolate your cookies/cache/files for each profile

You say you have a residential dynamic ip, so as long as you reset ip each time you are good.
You also say you are using multiple devices to create those accounts, so great! You are isolating each profile.

Don't see an issue with your setup, except that it will be difficult to scale.
