I think the term is cloaking?

I am going to have my service placed onto a deals website but would prefer it if the customers booked my website directly.
The site has to show certain prices to the man who checks it before it gets approved.
Would i be able to have it show a certain website to the moderator and a totally different site to the customers.

Yes, cloaking. Basically, the customer would be directed from link a to link b, when on link b theyll see the tricky order page. However for the man, he would simply to straight to link b where hed see the safe white hat page. Thats basic cloaking. However you do need access to both pages. Cloaking can be obtained around here on bhw too.
