So I've had 2 accounts, one that I had all my bank accounts attached to(no online access just got micro deposits) and another account that had the funds(paypal balance). The one with the bank accounts now has a negative balance of $300 USD and is limited, and paypal is asking for proof of identity and stuff. The one with the funds also got limited and is also asking for verification because the sending of funds from the drop account to the funds account were unauthorized. I'm 16, and I'm really scared of what will happen to me and my family, will the police knock on my door. Another thing, how am I supposed to pay the negative balance if I don't have any money(assuming my parents won't do it). I requested that both accounts be closed, and so far only the drop account has. PLEASE HELP

first question is that negative $300 is from where?
second question why did u got negative balance?

You have to verify the 2 accounts, thats just checking if you are real person. Paypal does that sometimes to account that are very active or having too many transactions.

If you have read Paypal TOS and you did not violate anything then dont be scared

He did break the TOS though, it says in his post that he is 16. PayPal doesn't allow use of their service to individuals under 18.

OP: It's not likely you'll get into any trouble having a $300 negative balance; it's too insignificant of an amount. It would cost PayPal more than that to chase it up.

Drop account was fully verified, cashout account was verified with bank account only

You're going to jail. For a very very long time.

If you can't provide documents then whatever money is there is gonna be taken hostage for 6 months, after that, they will issue a check with the name of the account holder.
Don't worry about the negative balance, unless they try to bill that from your bank you're ok.

Out of curiosity, Did you scam someone of $300??

Don't worry about $300 bro.
do not return the money, clean the computer, reinstall the window, change IP address and register new account
If you refund money => You account will limit 4ever
If you not refund money => You account still limit 4ever

Choose wisely

Didn't help ..

How many hours it has been? If its been more than 24 hours, then PayPal would have already sent a Hitman. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME!!! Pack any essentials and leave the city. Move to another city, change your name, grow a beard to look different and forget about coming back to your home city...

and destroy the system you are using to browse the internet right now.

So you spent money which you don't have and whining now how you would pay it back? Don't worry most people live like that and become debt slaves, just join em.
