Can anyone help me as I don’t know what videos to delete that I think might have been the reason my account is shaowbanned and it has been 3 weeks since my video has shown on the fyp
I think i am shadowbanned?

Hey Daniel. As we have discussed in messages, the only thing I can think of are the following reasons:
1) the algorithm (bot) detected reused content and probably demoted the rankings which also means falling off for you page
2) checking analytics you can see the exact date when your views and followers dropped and then correlate that to the video
you uploaded on that same day or even the day before which would be the most likely culprit for causing it.
3) turning public videos into private
4) maybe nothing is wrong on your end but it's simply TikTok made changes we don't know about and it's affecting some users
and not all. It could simply be newer TikTokkers have outranked us or become trending and bumped us off.
As I've shared, I have the exact same issue as you. On August 30th I was getting 300,000 views on my account and about 3.5K new followers per day. On August 31st, I dropped to like 20,000 views almost ALL from my followers and only about 20-100 new followers. The last couple days now it has been like 3 or 4 new followers PER DAY. But I'm getting lots of views from my followers and comments etc.
It seems that whatever happened, we have either been shadow banned off for you page ONLY but not our account as it is still active and viewable, searchable, and all followers can still view your newest videos and comment. Something is just preventing us from being seen by new visitors and getting new followers.
The only thing I did on August 31st was upload a new video with a portion of my old video I downloaded off my own tiktok and reused 10 seconds of it. I'm guessing the bot thinks I've stolen someone else's content and used it in my video and de-ranked me. The only other thing I did on the 31st was I also turned 3 public videos (older ones) and switched them in private.
Changing that could possibly have messed with my algorithm.
The last thing I can think of is one of my followers spammed symbol one of my videos. He put a crazy amount of replies all in symbols emoticons characters etc and then after he spammed my video he said, he was doing it to help me and get positive algorithm. I didn't know you could spam comment someone's tiktok video with thousands of emoticons and that's supposed to help the account grow and get noticed? I would think that might actually do the opposite and all that spamming may have alerted the bots and automatically demoted or de-ranked my status.
Those are the only things I can recall that occurred on August 31st the exact same day I dropped significantly.

You know how to fix it
TikTok making no sense right now. I just checked out this channel called "inverse" look it up. He's got like 700k followers
and 13 million likes and all his videos are ripped off from youtube or other tik toks and he's just posting cool facts, science, stuff
like that.
How is his channel not shadow banned already? I'm really curious how this is even possible. I'm going to start an experiment tiktok channel
on one of my 9 devices and try these kinds of things. I'll let you know if it works or not.
Another one I want to try is what a lot of people are doing I've seen. All they do is take famous news stories of heroes or rescues or interesting events and they just regurgitate it with photos in the background as they speak in the mic as if they are reporting news live or something. They didn't write stories, they didn't make the news, all they are doing is ripping it off news sites and re-reading it to tik tok and getting millions of views and followers? WHAT? I didn't think these things were allowed or at least would get you shadowbanned for being unoriginal and just ripping off other news and stories. Gonna try this myself.

How do I fix it been early 2 months shadowbanned
You probably just want to start a new account. The same thing happened to me and it has been the same way for months
I think I know what it is causing it for me. Now that I've had a massive surge of viral views for a period of time, then suddenly dropped to nothing on For You Pages for a period of time, then went back to massive views viral for a period of time and now I'm back to nothing from For You Page again.....this tells me that some people are reporting my video to TikTok. It makes me wonder if enough people report a video for a certain reason (even if untrue), that could get your account shadowbanned.
What I did was checked out my most trending videos and it also happened to be the video that got the most negative comments even though nothing illegal was really done. It's just a matter of opinion really and if enough people's opinions is negative, I'm sure a lot of people report the video to tiktok and probably led to another shadowban.
So the weird thing is that the video itself is never flagged, never deleted, or TikTok never tells you....but based on how I just came back from a shadowban of about 14 days and then I went viral again but the same video went super viral so I suspect it's coming from that video.
My question to you is, this currrent shadow ban you are experiencing as you said has lasted 2 months now, was this your first shadown ban experience or did you have another short one previous to this current one? The reason I'm asking is because for me, it appears I had a shadow ban (first) and lasted me 14 days then I was back on FYP and getting massive hits and now I'm back on shadow ban after a few days later. I'm going to suspect this shadow ban is going to last longer than 14 days this time. I will track it and see when or if I get back to FYP. I don't know what TikTok's policies are ....if first shadow ban is only 14 days, 2nd shadown ban is 30 days? or 3rd shadow ban is deletion of account? IDK.
If yours has been doing this for 2 months, then I suspect you had a shadow ban previously and when you came back, you did it again and got another shadow ban ...idk...maybe this is your 3rd shadowban which might be why it's taking longer.

if you go to my profile > settings (3 dots on top right corner) > join tiktok testers it is missing for me. I think that verifies whether or not you are shadow banned or not because on another phone with a different account, I can go to the same settings and "join tiktok testers" is there!

Damn, I thought only a few people like me would be shadowbanned. I have been posting movie reviews videos, most of them got 50-100K views on average and some of them gained over 500 K views. The view amount dropped suddenly 3-4 weeks prior but I still keep posting once a day.....
God knows why we got shadowbanned...

Hey, I received a TikTok Business Account Survey 3 days ago (check your inbox) and TikTok is asking about recent experiences with the APP. It's a great time for us to complain on unreasonable and unchangeable shadowbanned situation. Let's do it together, esp. question 6 as attached, and let Tik Tok know they are losing users if keep doing this stupid shadowban.
My account seems shadowbanned since late July (yea few days before 31st July) as it had around 80%-90% for you traffic previously and now it's only less than 10% per vid. And the follower growth is from over 1.5k and now drops to only 2 daily. I don't think the views and followers decrease are due to certain country ban as the viewers geo portion has not changed dramatically. Thus I guess it's because of Tik Tok's algorithm, such an insane app.
