I think google is banning domain from getting plus one

I had participated plus one sites when it first came up. After a while google removed all of them. Since then, for months my values are frozen. When i check via webmaster tools i am seeing i got many new plus ones but they are not being visible at my page. The number is frozen and i did not participate any +1 ring since then.

Do you have any idea about this ?
How to solve this problem ?

I have no idea about Google banning the +1 for certain domain but did you check if its not the code problem on your website? or possibly a cache issue on your side? You might have tried these already but just in case if you haven't, try it.

I never heard it...I think you probably have a browser cache problem if your code is correct.
