They did that to me but I still never got the account back. Was really pained.Yesterday, I used tried using Jarvee to scrape data from Instagram, I logged in with my business Instagram account that I've been using for 4 years, the account got deactivated in just 2 minutes, I contacted Instagram and today I got a mail from Instagram (screenshot attached below), telling me to upload picture of my self with some other thing
This is the last thing I would the because I've never uploaded my picture on any social media before, except for one on my LinkedIn page.
When I saw this mail, it just feels like they really want to know who I am,
And in addition, Instagram has really gotten better and complex

FB and IG are very hard now. Even if you submit real photo, it's unlikely they will give your acct back.

Best advise ever read.
Soon all accounts will be face recognition to join and security anyway.
Most bank cards use face recognition for the security part of joining these days .

I do think all websites with all these security checks and personal info are all breaking the law anyway.
Every think we say or enter all used for marketing experiments and sold 100%
I get the odd phone call and letter but never new them full stop.
I get hundreds of email for deals and scams, so I no there all at it selling our data.
But in the future will be 1 account for all like a massive hub
