i think bing block my visa card !?

hi

I have used my visa card with two accounts
then after awhile my account get banned
now when i try to use my visa card in new account they don't accept it
and my account get banned in the same day

is there any solution to get an active bing ads account again
is there any vcc work with bing ads
thank you

yes, and here is how: just forget all the account get banned from bing, and start register again, but this time make sure dont use card in the payment method, choose to pay using your address, then buy some $5 coupon on fiverr to start, everything will be ok

this method is not working without a valid visa card the campaign will never receive any traffic

It work for me, and to fix the traffic problem, just contact bing, they will fix it within 2 days
