Vendio has quickly turned into a scammy little company.
I listed 10 things through a new account on Vendio about 3 months ago, I scheduled the listing to start at 7 PM PST - none of them went live until 2 AM, so I canceled the listings and closed my Vendio as I was mostly using Auctiva at the time anyways.
I get a bill in the mail...
$2390.00
I e-mail them, as you can't call them. They tell me there shows no discrepancies with my listings. I asked them how many items were listed. They don't respond.
They call me up, and demand the money. I asked, how many items did I list under their "60 day free trial" - he doesn't say, and says "Hey look, if your business can't afford to pay the 2300 dollars, then thats not my fault. Maybe we can lower it to $1900 but only if you pay tonight!" - Insert thick Indian voice. At which point I tell them to take me to court, or drop it. He tells me "Go fuck" and hangs up.
No thank you Vendio.
I posted this on the PowersellersUnite forum, and it was quickly taken down.
BTW, only about 30% of your listings will actually upload to Amazon, pretty much defeating the point of even using Vendio for selling on eBay and Amazon.
