I suspect that our bots are leaving footprints

This is exactly what I was thinking. I'm using home IP too with only 2 accounts and never used proxies, and I experienced some issues lately. The proxy claim is a bit outdated I believe and the bots devs have to outdone.

It will be harder and harder to bot. Sure the development teams will figure out new ways, but do you really think IG is sleeping?
Its a billion dollar company, with some of the best experts, if they want to kill the bots, they will kill them.
But I think they need the botted accounts and only try to delete the obvious accounts, spam, cpa, etc.
There is everyday a risk to lost any account if you use public bots like gmt2, jarvee etc. because IG can also buy them, analyse them and they will probably find a little footprint, that isnt human.

Bots per se are not the problem. People abusing them are. Do you think ISG really care that some businesses use bots to reply to new followers? Or reply to DMs, or to scrape potential customers? No. What they DO care about is people using fake accounts to promote some CPA offer, some webcam PPS or whatever who spam out to all and sundry, run follow / like campaigns pushing to limits, those who leaving annoying spam like comments on any and every post, those who degrade the service for others. That is what ISG care about and want to stop.
At the end of the day, ISG could block all bots over night. Sure they might get a few real accounts caught in the net, but they could wipe out 100% of bots with just a tiny 0.001% or less of real accounts. They don't, because they know there are lots of real users using them in a responsible way.
There are as many different types of bot users as there are types of real user. Not every bot user is some blackhat spammer trying to push some aff offer .

No. Not unless you are a competent programmer with experience in botting. If you think you are going to write a bot and not make any mistakes, include any bugs and leave no footprints after reading a learn coding in 24 hours book you are mistaken.
You will read on BHW that ISG have ID'd X Y Z bot. They haven't. Otherwise there would be an uproar and you would know. ISG does not tell you why they ban accounts and people always look to blame their tools.
"YOUR BOT GOT ME BANNED!!!!!!1"
Ask them what they were doing, well I had a 1 day old account, I was running on the cheapest proxy I could find with another 10 accounts, I was trying to send 100 DMs a day, follow 200 people an hour and comment 500 times a day, all at the same time, running them 24x7.
But it is the bot that got them banned....
Sure ISG may have an idea if you are usng a bot, but that alone does not get you banned. It is how you use it that is the problem

Thats exactly what I mean. They dont care about people using bots in normal way, because these kind of accounts are in the most way good for IG,
They just care about the abusers..
But like I said, if they want to ban any botted account, they could do it very fast. But they dont will do that probably.

Exactly. Plus it would be terrible for their stock price, if all of a sudden they had to go to shareholders and say "yeah, err we lost 60% of our user base today" lol

Your actions are not aggressive or you have some old trusted accounts.
and that depends on your ip and DNS and older the account have highest Trust score.

I am running 5 accounts on my home IP. All of them are just doing actions (likes and watching stories). They have been running for a few months now and 2 days ago I tried out the post feature within Jarvee on one of the accounts. I think in order to post something you have to be on a phone IP adress. Why am I able to post a picture with my phone that uses the same wifi and not with Jarvee? Is it possible that the ip from a phone is different then the one from your pc? If yes then that is probably how they can notify this. You probably need a phone proxy to be able to use the post feature in Jarvee. Hope that helps anyone with the same problem. So something like smartproxy.io would solve this. Just use that proxy to post content and then use home ip to do your actions.

I'm sorry but you shouldn't be recommending people something when you clearly don't have the necessary experience. If you had, you would know botting is worth it. Myself and many other on this forum are making money through botting, just because it isn't easy doesn't mean it isn't possible.
