I have been gaining crazy ranking and after I reached #1 page me and some other competititors I've noticed disappeared from rankings ... Does that mean google ignores our sites now ? in webmaster I am seeing increase in rankings in real search results I don't see myself ANYWHERE on google :(.

Anyone knows what's going on ?

Are you using SAPE ("Russian") Links?

Nope... I've been building viral sites pointing to my site recently and I had hired Indians to do link building months before

Google has detected a pattern of artificial or unnatural links pointing to your site. Buying links or participating in link schemes in order to manipulate PageRank are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
As a result, Google has applied a manual spam action to MYSITE.com/. There may be other actions on your site or parts of your site.

Can anyone give me advice ? , Is it worth buying a new domain and replacing it with current content and website I have? will that do the job?

buying a new domain will depend on how badly your website has been treated with links. I had one client website which had previous bad seo done and tanked in google. it was pretty bad so we created a new site and got it ranked. So if your backlink history is really bad then go for new domain otherwise clean up the backlinks

Manual Spam Action penalties can last for 3-12 months easily. You might want to start over again. You can try to clean up your link profile, but from your description of the events which took place I gather Google feels you were building a link farm or something of the sort, in which case you'd basically have to take that all down and submit a reconsideration request. More likely than not you're looking at a few weeks to a few months worth of being penalized. Unless of course you get REALLY lucky.

Yes I am starting over, Any advice if its good to link from your other domains on the same ip ? is it safe? I have around 4 high pr sites hosted on same ip wondering if its safe to pass the juice to my new domain ?

There seems to be a conflict along with a different plugin or your own theme.Exactly what style are usually you running? What are your other plugins that are running?
