I've started writing a blog just 3 days ago and I already have an average of 170 daily visits, almost from the second day, which seemed unthinkable to me since in the past I had tried to write some blogs and never saw results anywhere.

But now, after many failed attempts, I can say that I am starting to see positive results.

This time I have paid very close attention to the technical aspects of writing, paying special attention to SEO and what search engines like, and this seems to be yielding results.

At least I feel motivated to continue writing because I have started to receive visits organically, much earlier than expected.

The curious thing is that the blog is a blogger blog, because in the past I had already experimented with WP and hadn't seen anything that made me think that writing on WP would really represent a significant advantage. So, I thought it wouldn't be worth investing money in hosting, domain, plugins, etc., if in the end I wasn't certain that things would improve.

On the other hand, I have always believed that blogger, being owned by Google, might not be so bad after all, and well, here I go with this project.

The fact that I like writing has helped me, and although my level of English is far from perfect, I think it's enough to convey the ideas that come to my mind.

That's all I wanted to comment on. If this keeps growing, I hope to make updates later on. For now, just keep writing consistently and nothing more.

you're in the honeymoon period, you're going to get traffic for 2-4 weeks, after which your blog will tank. I hope I'm wrong, but be prepared for this regardless!
Well, it's my first time on honeymoon... we'll see what happens if that happens.

Is it expired domain or fresh one?
It is still a new domain so it will bounce a lot.

not sure what this meme means, but I have a feeling what your point might be. And I will counter with the intel that many people who get easily excited get as easily disappointed, so I wanted to prepare him for what's to come when the honeymoon is over :)

Good luck!, sometimes is just luck about bloggin and luck now with google doing weird things with their updates but keep it up good to know that you keep triying even when sometimes could be hard.

It it because of the recent update. Since most of the websites are down and got hit by the update. New websites with good content and informative articles are being pushed up?

I don't get excited easily and believe me I am more than prepared to accept that this can fail.

All I wanted to do was to comment on the positive results obtained, which in my case have been scarce in recent years.

If this for some reason should stop growing, as far as I am concerned, there is no problem.

I am tough enough to accept any result. However, and in the meantime, I think this may serve as motivation for someone in this place.

I don't know.

A small update:

The blog has 6 articles and in the middle of the articles I have put a link promoting a product. Well, no sales yet, but at least the product has received 2 visits. It's not a big deal but at least someone has been interested in looking at the product.

I'm on your side, man! Props to you for succeeding, and God speed to new heights :)
