Not doing it can also cause feeling of sad, depression, anxiety due to withdrawal.

Dude, take care and call someone up if you are alone and not feeling well while being high.
Just don't end up doing anything stupid while you are high.
And yes, try not to do drugs.

I took a day off from my physical job. Now I just want to stay home n enjoy but I did a mistake smoking bit too much. Now I love alone and this loneliness is bugging me. I don't want to contact my irl friends and be emotional I don't want to be looked at like that.

I'm not a regular smoker, I take good care of my health. I smoke like once a month and when I do I always have weird emotional thoughts
